Terms & Conditions Thank you for visiting our site. We hope you found exactly what you were looking for and received an excellent online ordering experience. Pricing We reserve the right to change our prices and discounts at any time. Privacy Deezee Designs understands that the information you provide to us is private and confidential and will not pass on any information obtained either via the website or through customer generated sales and enquiries via email, phone, fax or mail to third parties. Payment Full payment is required prior to delivery. You will receive an invoice and you can make payment with your credit card through Paypal (you don't need to be a member of Paypal to pay with this method), Bank Deposit, Money Order or Bank Cheque. Full payment details including BSB and Account details for Bank Deposit are provided on the invoice which is emailed to the customer. Deezee Designs are not liable for any bank fees incurred with processing your payment. Supply Deezee Designs will, without exception, refuse any order where the content provided by the customer is deemed to be inappropriate including crude, pornographic, obscene, immoral, violent or defamatory text and/or photographs. Proofing Deezee Designs will provide a low resolution proof of customers' order for approval prior to printing. Deezee Designs will make every effort to check and proof read thoroughly and make any necessary corrections as a result of such checking prior to sending the final proof to the customer. It will, however, be the customers' responsibility to ensure all copy and content is correct. Errors Deezee Designs does not take responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consequential damages or loss as a result of errors or omissions after the final proof has been approved by the customer as a result of errors or omissions that correspond with the information supplied by the customer. Ownership All designs, including custom designs, remain the property of Deezee Designs. Replacements/Refunds Replacement products can be created and re-sent in the instance whereby the product received by the customer is defective or suitable different to the product ordered. Alternatively, a full refund may be offered by Deezee Designs. Cancellations Orders can be changed or cancelled provided printing costs have not been incurred. This can happen at any time after authorisation of the final proof. Where an order is cancelled after printing costs are incurred, the full amount is payable to Deezee Designs, less any postage costs quoted. Non-receipt If an order is not received within an expected time frame, Deezee Designs will endeavour to source information on the delivery. If the order is lost in the postal system, Deezee Designs will replace the product and there will not be any additional costs for replacement beyond those originally authorised by the customer. Inability Deezee Designs does not accept responsibility for, nor shall be liable for incidental or consquential damages or loss as a result of inability to supply due to unforeseen circumstances, acts of God, flood, fire, power outages, war, riots, strikes, sabotage, terrorist action or illness. Liability The customer agrees that it shall not hold Deezee Designs or it's agents or employees liable for any incidental or consequential damages which arise from Deezee Designs' failure to provide products and services in a timely manner, regardless of whether such failure was caused by intentional or negligent acts or omissions of Deezee Designs or a third party. Furthermore, Deezee Designs disclaims all implied warranties, including the warranty of merchantability and fitness for a particular use. Links Deezee Designs' website contains links to other sites. Deezee Designs assumes no responsibility for the content or the privacy policies and practices of such websites. Photo Rights By submitting photos, you are authorising that you have taken all photos or that you have been granted permission from the copyright owner to use the images for your order. You agree to indemnify and hold harmless, Deezee Designs and it's owners for any claim or expense (including attorney fees and court costs) incurred in having to defend any copyright infringement claim as a result of the use of the image(s) you provide to Deezee Designs. By submitting images to us, you authorise us to edit and touch-up images as necessary to fit into your design and print your order. Colour Matching Because colours can vary greatly between monitors, we cannot guarantee that our final prints will match exactly to how your proofs appear on your home monitor.
