Edible Wafer Card Instructions & Ingredients

Our edible wafer card is .7mm thick – rigid enough for your designs to stand up in your cupcakes or on your larger cakes, without any other backing required. If you are using a firm icing such as fondant – you may need to put a small slit in the icing with a knife.

Made from potato starch and vegetable oil with little to no taste – they are best stored at room temperature and away from water as this will cause them to disintegrate.

Please do not refrigerate.

Our edible inks contain water, humectant E422, acidifier E330, preservative E202 and colourings E122, E104, E133, E151 and E110.

Keep stored in the sealed bag until you are ready to use and pop in your cakes just before serving.
